UC Irvine Claire Trevor School of the Arts Embarks on Strategic Planning Process with AEA Consulting

The UC Irvine Claire Trevor School of the Arts is pleased to announce that we have embarked on a comprehensive strategic planning process in collaboration with AEA Consulting, a leading international arts, culture and entertainment consulting firm. This initiative is a critical step in our commitment to fostering academic excellence, enhancing student and faculty experiences, and expanding our impact within the arts community and beyond.

The strategic planning process will involve extensive research, stakeholder engagement, and analysis to develop a forward-thinking roadmap that aligns with our mission and the university’s overarching strategic goals.

We will engage a wide range of stakeholders throughout this process, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, and community partners. Their insights and perspectives are invaluable in shaping a strategic plan that reflects our collective vision and aspirations.

Claire Trevor Dean of the Arts Tiffany López and the leadership team are committed to transparency and will provide regular updates on the progress of the strategic planning process. We invite our CTSA community to stay informed and involved as we work together to chart a bold and dynamic future for the Claire Trevor School of the Arts.
