An ensemble-driven work created through improvisation and inquiry, this film reflects on family lineage, heritage, culture and traditions through scenes, gesture and song.  We pondered the questions, "What in our family are we fighting to keep?” and “What in our family are we fighting to lose?” and found that at the center of that quest were tales of love, despair, respect, joy, humor and healing.

This film project was produced with the support of UCI Drama’s culture clubs:  Brown Bag, Black Door, Theater Wok and Brick Theater.
