Planned gifts may also offer tax advantages and financial benefits, depending on your circumstances. Planned Giving Options

Bequests
Estate gifts are simple to establish and provide flexibility as your priorities evolve. A bequest creates enduring support for UCI Arts and its students for generations to come.

Charitable IRA Rollover
This option allows eligible individuals aged 70½ and older to transfer up to $108,000 annually from an IRA directly to UCI Arts, potentially reducing taxable income.

Donor-Advised Funds
Gifts from an existing donor-advised fund offer an effective and flexible way to support UCI Arts and its mission.

Gifts of Life Insurance
If you hold a life insurance policy that is no longer needed for its original purpose, you may choose to designate UCI Arts as a beneficiary or donate the policy outright.

Charitable Gift Annuity
A charitable gift annuity is a simple agreement between you and the university. In exchange for a gift of cash or publicly traded stock, the university provides fixed payments for life to you or a loved one. After these payments conclude, the remaining funds support the UCI Arts purpose you designate.
