Nixon Theatre
Located within the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, the Nixon Theatre is an intimate, flexible black box space that supports experimental, student-driven, and small-scale productions. With seating for approximately 60, this venue is frequently used for new works, directing projects, and workshop performances, offering emerging artists a platform to explore bold ideas in a close, immersive setting. Housed in a William Pereira–designed building, the Nixon Theatre plays a vital role in UCI’s Department of Drama as a creative laboratory for both undergraduate and graduate students.
