Date & Time

The Department of Music’s UCI Opera with the UCI Symphony Orchestra presents a concert version of Mozart's The Magic Flute (Die Zauberflöte), a thrilling fairy tale that literally pits light against dark as Prince Tamino embarks on a quest to rescue Pamina, daughter of the Queen of the Night, from the high priest Sarastro. Assisted by the birdcatcher Papageno and a magic flute, Tamino sets out on his adventure, only to discover that not everything is as it first seems.
