The UCI Wind Ensemble, conducted by Kevin McKeown, presents a dynamic program of traditional and contemporary works for wind band. Spanning a wide range of musical styles and perspectives, the concert showcases the ensemble’s versatility and the expressive possibilities of this distinctive repertoire. Through works that honor the wind band tradition while embracing new voices and approaches, the program invites audiences to experience how the form continues to evolve across generations.
