For 19 years, composer-improvisers Mark Dresser and Michael Dessen have been dedicated to a practice of live performance in multiple locations via the internet. Tonight's concert, with performers and audiences at both UCSD and UCI, features original works in celebration of an upcoming duo recording, as well as a new intermedia piece in collaboration with artist Mariángeles Soto-Díaz.
