On Ice, an original, one-woman show, is inspired by former professional figure skater Zoe Rose Davidson's personal experience touring with a world famous ice show. The play follows Ava Markinson, who begins her 13th tour facing various threats to her career: her body breaking down, a talented young skater hired to be her understudy and tension within the company. Featuring actual figure skating on stage, On Ice pulls the mask off professional figure skating revealing a world of athleticism and artistry, all done on a literal razor's edge.
