Dancers experience what life would be like as an undergraduate dance major at UC Irvine. Take technique classes in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Hip-Hop. Prioritize your well-being with Pilates, Yoga, and Health & Wellness workshops. Prepare for the next step on your dance path with Audition Preparation, Career Readiness, and Arts Management classes. Explore your creativity with Improvisation and Composition sessions. Present what you learned to your family and friends in a culminating showcase.

After reimagining our program for a remote setting in 2020 and 2021, we are excited to bring the Summer Academies in the Arts back on campus this year. We recognize the tremendous benefit the arts have on our collective well-being and are working to ensure that the Summer Academies are a space where young artists thrive. UCI's Claire Trevor School of the Arts presents the 2022 Summer Academies in the Arts - college and career preparatory intensives in Art, Dance, Drama, and Music for high school students.
